BODY OPERA POLE FITNESS

Starting June 2, 2011

  Beginner/Intermed: Basic skills and conditioning. Easy choreograpy. Learn to support bodyweight on pole. Working trick Levels 1-3>. Learn inverting, shoes optional. Flexiblity and strength conditioning, 55 min. Limit 6.

Adv. Intermed./Adv: Must be able to comfortably invert on pole and work hands free and/or legs free. Working trick Levels 4>. Improvisation and choreography. Flexiblity and strength conditioning. 1.25 hr. Limit 6.

 Must reserve pole or cancel at least  24 hrs in advance of class.

 Start Dates for 2011: Beginner/Intermediate- June 2.  Adv. Int/Adv.-Ongoing. All classes require reserving a pole 24 hrs in advance and pre-paid single or class card available at Avenue Pilates. Five class card=$130.00; Ten class card=$220.00; single class=$28

Studio is equipped with (4/2.0 and 2/1.75 cm) steel static/spin poles 9.5 ft. tall. Cleaning alchohol, various resins (for grip) and wipe towels provided or bring your own. Attire for all levels should be close fitting shorts and tank or tee, shoes optional. No hand or wrist jewelry or watches. No lotions or oils on skin during class.
